Our Terms & Conditions and Your Rights We
want you to have a good experience in your dealings with us, so we have
no hesitation in publishing our terms and conditions for sales to you,
and your rights under UK law as a purchaser. Nothing in the terms of this contract affects your statutory rights as consumers.
Our Guarantee/Warranty Unless
otherwise stated, our Guarantee/Warranty covers the products we offer
for sale against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 12
months from the purchase date. This guarantee/warranty is in addition
to your statutory rights.
Postage costs.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the product, we have
carefully weighed each product to give you the best possible postage cost
rather then using a flat rate.
The best way to find out how much your postage will be is to add the items to
your cart and follow the checkout process. Most orders are under 0.5 kg. So the
average postage costs are normally less than £2.75.
Your Order We
will confirm the price of goods and carriage (if any) at the time of
your order together with an order number, and the total price of your
order. If the order is received by 2 pm, and the goods are in stock, we
will do our best to dispatch the same day by carrier. Our carrier does
his best to deliver within 2-3 days. We can arrange delivery to a work
address.
If there is a delay in our
dispatch of your order, we will advise you accordingly. In the event
that delivery to you would be greater than 7 days, we will also advise
you of this, and ask if you wished to proceed with the order.
Your Right To Cancel Purchasers,
who buy via the internet, mail order or other 'distant' method,have the
right to cancel your contract (order) with us. Unless the law permits
otherwise, you have a right to cancel your order in the following
circumstances:
- in the case of goods,
you can cancel from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days,
starting from the day after you receive the goods
You
must inform us in writing of your decision to cancel, by e-mail or
First Class mail.. You must obtain a "Returns Number" from us to
display prominently on the outside of each package you are returning.
Your responsibility is to return the good in their original condition,
carriage paid, with all the packing materials, boxes etc. and unopened
to our address. We will refund your purchase price in full for goods
received in the above condition within 30 days of your notification to
cancel, we will charge our postage cost for the goods and also a 10%
re-stocking fee.
Our Returns Policy ALL
GOODS RETURNED MUST HAVE A RETURNS NUMBER ISSUED BY US. THIS NUMBER
MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE RETURNED.
Goods
sold via the internet or any other means may be returned, carriage
paid, if faults occur during the warranty period. For new goods this is
12 months from the date of purchase. We will either repair or replace
at our discretion.

accept most credit cards including Switch and Delta payment cards.
Cheques need a minimum of 5 working days clearance time before goods
